Guernsey Companies

The Incorporation fee, when quoted, is inclusive of stamp duties and filing fees and represents our fee for obtaining name approval, preparation and filing of corporate documentation, obtaining a company seal, holding of subscribers meeting, preparation of an initial register of members and initial register of officers and all general correspondence and communication with our instructing party in respect of the fore-going.

Annual Fee

Annual fees are determined by case and embrace the amount billed for the provision of officers and the registered office of the Company, but do not include any work of an administrative or accounting nature. These are charged separately on a time spent basis and in accordance with a charge-out rate which is available on request.

Directors Fees

Annual fee

For the provision of a Personal Director or a Corporate Director charged on a case by case basis and subject to annual review. We also provide Directors for companies in other jurisdictions for which our fees will vary, as will our fees for more time consuming complex structures.

Management Fees

Fixed fees are charged quarterly in advance. All other fees are charged quarterly in arrears and reflect the activity of the Company and the responsibility accepted by the Directors. Fees may also be agreed annually in advance or based on time. Details of hourly charges are available as required.

Maritime Services

Fees are charged on a case by case basis.
